2、 Product features
CCX3 series dense busduct adopts reasonable "sandwich" phase line close laminated structure design, which has excellent heat dissipation performance and conductivity, and is the best in busduct products.
The shell is made of light-weight, molding and fully enclosed aluminum magnesium alloy profile. The surface of the shell is aluminum oxide or electrostatic powder spraying. The sprayed aluminum shell can withstand 1800 hours of salt spray test, and has excellent corrosion resistance. The whole enclosure has more than 50% grounding capacity and can also be used as PE bar. The busduct has the characteristics of low hysteresis eddy current loss, light weight, high strength, low reactance and good heat dissipation, and the highest protection level can reach IP66.
3、 Structural features
According to the different current, the busduct structure is divided into single channel (400 ~ 2500A), double channel (3150 ~ 5000A) and three channel (6300A). The multi-channel is connected by connectors, so the busduct has high strength. The multi-channel structure increases the surface area of the shell and greatly improves the heat dissipation efficiency.
